In-Stock Orders:
Orders available in stock are processed and shipped within one business day (daily by 3 PM EST, Monday to Friday).
Out-of-Stock Items:
For products not currently in stock, delivery lead times are determined on a case-by-case basis. We will update you with estimated dates as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs & Signature Requirements
Free Shipping:
Free delivery is available for orders in Canada and the USA on purchases of $89.99 or more.
Calculated Shipping Costs:
For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on the order size, selected delivery speed, and destination.
Signature on Delivery:
All high-value items and large packages require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Claims must be filed within a reasonable timeframe as specified by the shipping provider, and the carrier will handle the investigation.
In cases of damaged goods, please retain the original packaging and all contents for inspection by the carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
